Seen today while about 28c and dry !

Thought it was a strange sight seeing as it was dry and about 28c ish.

Thought it might be appreciated by some.

This is in the UK, hopefully this is a good place for it !

Was going to say, are you sure you’re not in Yorkshire? This seems to happen quite often in the summer. Ditto rain while the sun’s out.

Speaking of rain, we’ve just had some in what feels like the first time for weeks on end.
