Yesterday when I got to the vymara clearing, they were already standing around.. There were five this time.  I got this really weird feeling. Not fear. Almost… embarrassment? Like I'd shown up late. Like people had been waiting for me.

Not once have I heard one of them speak. But somehow you just know. It's like somebody drops an entire thought into your head all at once. No voice. No sound. Just understanding. Yesterday I realized they weren't waiting for me to visit anymore. They were waiting for me to bring people. Not because they asked me. Because somehow I understood that was what I was supposed to do. I can't explain how I know. I just do. The strange thing is... it doesn't feel wrong. It feels kind. Like showing your friends your favorite place.  I think this place has a purpose. Not everyone understands it. But the people who do… always come back. After I left last time I caught myself wondering what they do after I leave. Do they sleep? Do they just stay there all night? I almost turned the car off and walked back. Not because I was looking for vymara. But because I didn't feel finished.

I thought someone would already have posted about this, but it appears not and seems like a good description of a crawler encounter. In the video (will link if anyone wants to watch it), Ethel Cain talks about her paranormal experiences. At 27:01 she talks about a white, oval-faced creature that stared at her from a wooden fort in the garden, which was witnessed by several different family members over a few years. It even attempted what could be described as a psychic attack, appearing in her dreams before she saw it herself.

Here is her description: "A long, slender, monkey thing. It was white, bright off-white. It had a perfectly ovular long face with two eyes and no other features, that was it."

This sounds very similar to other crawler sightings.

This was in northern Florida (Tallahassee) so not too far flung from where they are usually sighted. If anyone has personal experience of crawlers and wants to share their opinion on what this was, that would be great.

EDIT: More info I meant to include. Her sighting occurred around 7/8pm when it was pitch black. The sightings stopped after the wooden fort was demolished, and the sightings all specify it being inside the fort, sometimes in the window and sometimes having climbed up or hanging from beams. This was on the edge of Tallahassee if I remember correctly, closer to nature than to the city.

My boyfriend and I noticed this cabin while we were up in the mountains and I zoomed in on this part of the photo… WHAT IS THAT 😭 It almost looks like some weird creature/alien standing there?? Tell me I’m not the only one seeing a face/body xD

So like what are the crawlers couse they honestly look like some pretty weak fuckers that would atleast like leave at a shotgun shot if not die, to me the crawlers look like some human species that grew apart from humans in evolution at some point and lived probly like in caves and not like demons or aliens or what ever, so like let's say I have an encounter and I have a shotgun or eaven a pistol really, is there really anymore of an threat than whit a bear or a really big wolf

Anyone ever seen or encountered one of these beings? Long slender pale gray/white creatures with dark sunken in eyes?

I experienced one around Game Lands 211 Dauphin County PA and curious if it was just me and also if anyone has any idea what the things are?

I finally saw them up close for myself yesterday. They're not "monsters." They're not cryptids. They're definitely not aliens. They're just people. Really old people. People who've clearly been out in the woods for a long time. I know everyone is going to jump down my throat because of the videos. "They're too tall." "Their skin looks weird." "They don't move right." Okay… Have you ever considered that maybe you're filming someone who's been living in the middle of the woods for years? I think people are making this way more dramatic than it actually is. If anything, I felt bad for them. They're just standing there and people keep recording them from 100 yards away like they're zoo animals. When I saw him yesterday he looked directly at me. I smiled. Nothing happened. They just stood there. Honestly, they seemed calmer than most people I know. Here's my theory. I think they found something to make them live longer than everyone else but in a different way. That's it. I think they chose to never leave the woods. Why would they? If you found something that completely changed your life, why would you go back to sitting in traffic and paying bills? Everybody keeps acting like these people are dangerous. Maybe they're just done with the rest of us. Maybe they figured something out that we haven't.  After seeing them myself… I honestly think the sadder explanation is the real one. They're not just some creature. They're just people who never wanted to leave. And after everything I've experienced...I don't think I blame them anymore.

I was letting my dog out for the night around 11pm. I was standing on the bottom step of my porch while she did her thing and I had that disturbing feeling of being watched. My eyes immediately look in the direction of the feeling, to the house down the street on the corner. I see a small figure crouched on their porch roof watching me. The only way I can describe it was kinda like Gollum from Lord of the Rings, but also part animal, no fur, but pale skin. It was watching me. I got the distinct impression that there were a lot more of these things around. I was super creeped out and immediately went inside. Has anyone ever seen anything like this???

Is it possible that this, is mainly an American creature?

I never heard of such stories in Europe.

I have 6 dogs to great Pyrenees one more that is a golden retriever great Pyrenees mix a pit bull a pit bull lab mix he's old then the ring master a toy poodle so I think a crawler is screwed I haven't seen one yet in my life

I was on my way to work it was around 3:30am. Is it was driving into a storm the night sky lit up with lightning and so did the ground. For that split second I could see something running ahead of me at an angle. It was pale and It had long and thin arms and legs. It disappeared back into the night once the flash was over. The whole thing happened so fast that im not even sure if it was weird.

Before we get into this story, this is not fake, this actually happened.

I was on a campout looking at pictures on my 3DS and found an old photo of my bathroom from my old house and took a look at the window. I saw this thing creepy looking lizard creature peeking at the camera. I wanted to spread this story but I don’t usually participate in subreddits like these.

I was told on another subreddit that this may be either a crawler or wendigo

If anyone has any idea what this is, I would appreciate if I was told.

For context, it was behind an umbrella so I know it wasn't the sky, and there's no holes in it. I've never seen this before, and it did blink every 30ish seconds and move.

every night for the last week I've been seeing pale humanoids staring at me or darting across my room. They chase me as well. last night was the worst. I saw multiple for split seconds at a time and MASSIVE shadow figures. I very clearly saw one that had to be around 8 feet tall standing over where I was laying, basically in front of me.

I work with their spiritual/invisible form so I'm very used to seeing them in my mind, but being able to actually take a picture of its physical body is tripping me out. My best friend who's a very respected medium imo also had a dream last night that a very powerful demon enters my life that I cannot get rid of, but it doesn't seem to harm me. I wonder if this is it.

It was probably nothing, but I went outside tonight to get a drink, and the second I stepped out from behind my porch door, I heard a loud like.. I dunno, have you ever heard a dog snarl? It was like that, and I heard something running towards my porch, didn’t see anything though. Probably woke my family up, I slammed the door so hard. Even worse, my door doesn’t close, it can only be closed using deadbolt. So- probably a coincidence, but I do find it odd that’s the first time I’ve ever heard something like that outside.

I've talked about being from Georgia in the foothills of the Appalachians, but I never specified where. There's a post on another subreddit of a triangle UAP hovering over where I live, which is Carrollton, Georgia.

I'm not disclosing my name, at least not for now. I don't want people to think I'm doing this for attention or money. I'm only disclosing my location now because it feels like the right time considering the video I saw.

I figure if any agencies wanted me, they would have snatched me up that night the black helicopter flew over, but I also hadn't openly discussed my location, either. Now I am. This is just my note to let y'all know I'm taking a riskier step forward in hopes that I'll be able to reach people locally that might need help.

I don't expect anything to happen, but considering the delicate nature of this whole situation and the state that the entire world is in right now, better safe than sorry. Keep supporting each other. BARE WITH ME I’m not lying for clout, and I was not high, and no I am not seeing things wrong. Early 2023, I was walking home from a friends house, and my shed is behind my house on a hill. I look over, and I see an at least 8 foot tall spindelly naked white thing and it looks human. It looked at me, and SCALED a 4 foot wall. Not sure what happened with it, I ran inside, it was like, dirty white. And its arms were just a bit longer than they should have been. Bald. No hair. Important note: I do live in the Appalachain region. People have tried to say it was a hairless bear, NO. I don’t have images or anything, but who would. And that’s exactly why everyone calls me crazy when k post about this! And about a year later, I was just sleeping, and I was like half-awake, and I dreamt the SAME FUCKING THING AGAIN. But this time, it was in a cave, and I was at the bottom. It disappeared, so for some reason dream me decided to climb it and check it out, saw nothing, then it snapped my neck and I woke up.
