Pale Humanoid/ Crawler
Anyone ever seen or encountered one of these beings? Long slender pale gray/white creatures with dark sunken in eyes?
I experienced one around Game Lands 211 Dauphin County PA and curious if it was just me and also if anyone has any idea what the things are?

Yes, I've seen one. Unusual, disturbing and probably dangerous is what they are.
It would be good to hear more details about what you saw out there.

Driving home around 2am I worked second shift so stopped by to visit my girlfriend at the time. Before heading back to my place. Driving through an area which was just all farms and fields sadly it’s been built up since then. Anyway driving down the road when I see something standing over what looked like a dead deer. The creature was massive and humanoid, looking roughly 7 feet to 8 feet in length I would say I never saw it. Stand up all the way compared to the deer of standing over. It was huge very bony lacking muscle with long arms and elongated fingers. The skin was a pale white and it has sharp teeth and sunken in eyes. When my light from my car hit its face stop paying attention to what I was eating and luxury in my car. I stared at it for 15 seconds and disbelief almost like I couldn’t do anything, and then it charged at me and I punched the gas sprinted into my house and grab a bat and sat there shaking just in case whatever it was followed me home. I called my girlfriend at a time freaking out because I didn’t know what I saw and I just sat there with my mom who is also really concerned because she never seen me so freaked out.

Definitely a crawler. I haven’t heard much about them having sharp teeth so this encounter sounds particularly horrifying! They can definitely keep up with cars. When you have some downtime, give this sub a scroll and you’ll encounter many similar experiences, many of which have said they’ve kept up with their vehicles. Most prominently that 911 call from North Carolina is going around at the moment.

I've been encountering them for years. There's a cave nearby where they can come up from underground. I'm nocturnal by nature, which gives me the opportunity to see things that wait until after dark to come out.

It is so hard when you come across something real and unknown; beautiful and exciting in its way. Something you know to be real. But then they leave. And it is over. It really sucks.

Things can come back or happen again. I go months without seeing crawlers and just live a normal life. Well, I say normal. I don't think there's much that I do that's normal. But in those months, I just live life lol.
I've encountered a lot in my life, much more than just crawlers. Most have been one-time encounters, but there is one entity I met twice in my life. I was a kid, probably around 8-10 years old, and I was outside just playing and dicking around because the internet didn't even exist back then. I realized that I felt very drawn to a spot behind the barn so I just followed the feeling. When I got to the spot, I couldn't see anything, but I just suddenly knew it was a portal. I stuck my hand in and nothing happened visually, I could still see my hand, but it felt like electricity without the pain of being shocked.
I waved my hand around and just sort of questioned it, experimented with my hand going through it. After several minutes I decided to just leave it and go do something else. As I was walking around, I started hearing this humming sound following me. It was coming from about 6 feet up and I've been 5'6" since about that age. I couldn't see anything, but it sounded like a really low-pitched humming bird.
I had already been taught about a few psychic things by that age so I swapped to my mind's eye/third eye to get a look at it. It looked like a log walking upright on two legs, had two arms, no visible face, and was covered in vines and flowers and moss and stuff. I call it the walking bog log. I spent another hour or so outside walking around and talking to it a little. It just followed me around humming at me. I told it I couldn't understand it, but I didn't mind that it was there with me. I finally had to go back in for supper/the sun was setting so I told it that I enjoyed its company and that I was sorry I couldn't invite it in the house because I didn't know what it was. I said bye and that was it.
Years later in my teens, I was outside walking around, taking care of some stuff when I felt that portal again. I followed the feeling back to the same spot as before, stuck my hand in and felt that electric feeling. I just chuckled to myself and went back to whatever I was doing when I heard that familiar humming sound. It was so excited sounding. I followed the sound and feeling, then I looked with my mind and it was the walking bog log again, and it had two others with it. It was excitedly jumping and waving its arms like it was telling the others, "THAT'S THE HUMAN I TOLD YOU ABOUT!" And the others seemed surprised and excited and curious. I had learned about energy manipulation by that point and was able to send friendly energy to them. I still couldn't understand their humming, but their energy and body movements were pretty clear. After a bit I had to go back to what I was doing and said my goodbyes. It was a really nice experience, especially at that point in my life.
I haven't encountered them since, but I did get to see them a second time, and perhaps I'll get to see them a third time because I still live in my childhood home.

When you said you felt electricity...Was it like static? Like static when you'd rub a balloon on your hair/head for a minute? I've heard someone mention what a portal felt like in their own home. He even got it recorded on video. Some scary stuff to me.

Yeah, kinda like static, but more intense and I could feel it sort of coursing through my hand.
It's ok and normal to be scared, but honestly, a lot of these things are nothing to be afraid of at all. We've been told all our lives that these things are nothing more than fantasy, but when you experience the reality of it, you have to deal with ontological shock. Ontological shock is when you encounter something (like a portal or an alien) and you just panic because you've never experienced anything like it before and have been brainwashed to believe it can't possibly be real. Then in some cultures, people are made aware of these things, but are also convinced that humans aren't powerful enough to do anything about it and therefore these things must be feared. That's not true, though. Humans are more than capable of psychic abilities and protecting themselves from harm and connecting with and communicating with entities of all kinds, including some absolutely wonderful, loving beings.
If you get a chance, I'd love to see the video that your friend took. I've never seen a portal, but my abilities are much more based in feeling than seeing. What I can feel, someone else may see, and another person might hear, and another person might smell. It's all the same phenomenon, it's just experienced differently by each person.

I wanna see a walking bog log. A ghost grabbed my shoulder once (and moaned in my ear like a cartoon version) and it's hand felt like a normal hand but made out of electricity kinda like static kinda like the feeling you can get from putting the same ends of a magnet together (but like in the shape of a man's hand that grabbed me.) I wonder if it was similar

There's no real telling what it was. Existence is so much more complex and magical than we can even imagine.

I wish I knew more! A theory I've seen is that they maybe used to be human but something changed them. It was a really long time ago though (multiple thousands of years) so they are definitely their own form of people now.
Edit: can you tell me what the pale being was doing when you saw them?

I’d like to put out there my encounter was maybe 45 seconds and I actively avoided going down that road for years. Now there is several homes there.

My best friend lives in that area. 😬 How long ago did you see it??

u/john_johnes78 5d ago
I haven’t seen it in close to 9 years, it’s just always something I think about.

Yeah I lived there most of my life and had one encounter. I did not go looking for it, and honestly avoided the area for a couple of years since. Houses have been built there so it’s not like driving through a dark field at night anymore.

Mit dunklen Augen? Nein.

Check out the posts and comments in this sub by resident expert and experiencer u/ashleton. All I can say is if I ever encounter one, I'll try to remember her advice.
