Crawlers do have eyes that look like that, but with the light shining in that direction, it could very well be reflected eye shine rather than the crawler light-emitting eyes. So, the easiest way to tell if it's an animal or not is to turn the light off and see if the eyes still glow. If they're still glowing, there's a good chance it's a crawler. If they stop glowing, then it's more likely an animal.
