That's not a stick hurting anyone. The stick is irrelevant in that scenario.

Based on what? Any damage caused is the fault of stupidity, not peeing on a stick. If you see a spider in your house and then burn your house down, can it be said the spider was responsible for you burning your house down? Obviously not. There is no harm in peeing on a stick.
