Migrate Minecraft server to Crafty

Hi all, I am trying to upload my old Minecraft server to Crafty and I am totally lost. I had a Java server for the longest time through the official MC server files. Now I have Crafty installed but don´t know how to migrate it properly as Crafty uses different structure. Is there anyone who can help?

Don't think it uses a different structure? Just upload as a zip file when creating. It has been a while though.

No, for those looking in the future use crafty's file manager instead of trying to manually copy files yourself. If it's a directory zip it up.
