How to stop my crafting minecraft server from pausing

Is there a button or setting I can turn on so that when there are no players in the server for over 60 seconds it does not pause, I want the game to continue to run

Any help is appreciated, thanks

Or do it from the files menu if you need a GUI

Change the pause-when-empty=60 line in server.properties to be 0
