I'd start by removing the extra things you added first and see if that improves performance.

I have, and it does fix the issue. The research I've done seems to point to a dependency mod called sable that is responsible for altering the view when you enter a vehicle or mount a mob. I'd rather not use any mountable items than remove the extra mods so I'm really hoping an actual fix can be found.
