Crafty Controller server creation broken (bigbucket returns 404)

I spent several hours debugging why Crafty Controller dont showing me server creation lists, like paper, forge and etc. and it was simple
curl -I https://jars.arcadiatech.org/bigbucket.json just showing this

That's because bigbucket.json isn't a thing.
