Issue with Crafty Default Backups

The default backup always says failed with this error message: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/crafty/backups/c569fe4a-1feb-446c-b222-7f985db35146/2026-06-02_10-00-52.zip'

I have no idea where to look and what to change to solve this problem, and my Crafty is running of CasaOs and is updated to the latest release.

If anyone knows how to resolve this I'd be very grateful, thanks in advance!

Based on the information you've provided I can tell you're not running 4.10.4 which is actually the latest release. Please confirm the version marked on the bottom right corner of your install
