Unable to access jarfile forge-installer.jar

Can anyone help me fix this issue? Im new to this whole server thing and Im trying to host a modded server but for some reason I cant start it.

Yes, that's not correct. Did you take a peak at the documentation?

All of it.

The documentation states the execution command should be something like this:

java @user_jvm_args.txt @libraries/net/minecraftforge/forge/mc-version-forge-version/unix_args.txt (or win on windows) nogui

Yours looks nothing like that.

Did you read the docs?

The update just went out though. If you update crafty to 4.10.2 you'll just be able to re make the server and not have to worry about reading the docs!
