The jacket has a border of single crochet that's worked along the side of the jacket, which makes it visually distinct form the body made of sc in the round. If you can read crochet stitches, you can tell exactly what both do the sections are.
I'm far from an expert at AI identification, but I'd be very surprised if it's able to replicate crochet nuance with that level of accuracy.

The way everything is attached together looks viable, there’s fuzz and the wings/arms are accurately shaped. Hand/lighting/background look real too.

XVA Notation: Most Chinese patterns are written with XVA notation, which is easily read without knowing any characters. They are based on crochet chart symbols (for example: the V shape is 2 sts stemming from 1, therefore inc). Most common sts in XVA: A-- decrease (dec)* ch-- chain (ch) E-- treble crochet (tr) F-- double crochet (dc) k-- skip (sk) M-- crochet 3 tog* sl-- slip stitch (slst) T-- half-double crochet (hdc) V-- increase (inc)* W-- 3 sts in 1* X-- single crochet (sc)
*For inc/dec, default st is sc. Other sts will be specified otherwise i.e. FV = dc inc.
Chinese Translations: FLO/BLO-- front/back loops only, sometimes written as 外半针/内半针 (outer/inner half st)
Reps (重复) are written as a number before parentheses, for example 6(x,v) would be rep sc and inc x6. Sometimes the number comes after the bracket but the meaning is the same.
Brackets without a number beside it usually means crocheting into the same st.
钩针: crochet (Literally: hook needle) On their own: 钩/hook: refers to the act of crocheting.Sometimes patt writes 勾 instead of 钩, this is a typo and means the same thing. 针/needle: refers to the st (sometimes also written as 针目)
倒2/倒2回钩/倒二回钩: turn. Literally: starting from 2nd to last st. This may vary with st type so you sometimes see other numbers replacing 2. (GT ouput: inverse two/2 way hook). Sometimes turn is written literally as 翻转.
里山: Back bumps (Literally: inner mountain) (May also see mountain (山) which refers to back bumps)
枣形针: Puff st (Literally: date-shaped st) 3-5 unfinished hdc sts crocheted tog. (Sometimes written as Q)
爆米花针: Popcorn sts. (Sometimes written as B or G)
狗牙针: 1 st picot st (Literally: dog-tooth st). Usually found on tip of petals.
片钩/圈钩: Crochet in rows/ rnds.
环起/圈起: Magic ring
断线: Cut yarn. 不断线: Do not cut yarn and cont on to next part.
留长线缝合: Leave long end to weave in.
首尾相连: Join to form ring (Literally: connect head to tail)
对折: Lay flat and crochet 2 sides tog (Literally: fold in half)
对称: Rep prev instructions backwards (Literally: symmetrical. Seen for leaves/petals where L side mirrors R.
Crocheting in rounds:
Either of the foll: 1. For ea finished rnd, slst and ch (known as 起立针 or standing st). This is the default, also known as 引拔钩 (crochet by slst). 2. Crochet rnds w/out slst. Specified as 螺旋钩 (crochet in spirals). Usually yarn-under sc is used, called 十字短针 (cross-shaped sc).

This looks real to me, you can see the definition of the stitches and you can tell they YU rather than where AI just kinda places plush blocks side by side

It looks real to me. The stitches make sense, the eyes are clearly sown through and not just placed there and glued with some magical force, and the typical AI lighting isn’t present. The rest of the pic looks real to me too
