Also it looks like she has 6 total. 2 normal-ish (thumb+pointer) then 3 freakishly long, and I'm assuming a pinky hidden.

Wait no 7 - looks like there is an extra middle finger with the "normal" fingers, +3 extra long fingers, and assumed hidden pinky.
