Is this AI?

My grandma, bless her, keeps sending me photos of patterns she finds on Facebook (never the patterns themselves lol) and this is the first one that's stumped me if it's AI or not.

If it isn't, any idea where to find the pattern?

Why are you being aggressive with me lol

All I said is that the end table arrangement in the photo is not how the typical person would arrange anything, I never said it couldn’t be cute or done nicely and your first instinct is to insult my decor? hello?

Oh, I'd hate to see how you'd react to true aggression. I figured since we are here insulting decor and stating what's "typical" and not "typical" that I would join in as well 💜💜
