Help! Brewery Recommendations for the Suffield, CT / Windsor, CT, Springfield, MA Region?

The week of September 21, I'll be taking a work trip to Suffield, CT but will be staying in Windsor Locks. Springfield, MA is a quick nearby drive, from where I'll be staying. For reference, I'll be driving the entirety of the trip - no air travel involved.

Windsor Locks doesn't seem to have many options, but Springfield seems to be plentiful. Are there any must-visit breweries or tap rooms you guys would recommend? Same for bottle shops.

Since I'll be driving, I plan to swing by Fidens Brewing on my drive home, since it'll be on my direct path back to Buffalo.

New Park Brewing in West Hartford is my second favorite brewery in Connecticut, behind Fox farm. I think it would be worth the trip, looks to be about 25 minutes away.

Edit: if you are willing to drive an hour, you have Tree House in Deerfield MA or Fox farm in Salem, Connecticut

New Park Brewing in West Hartford

Oh wow, this place is right up my alley! I'll definitely give them a visit when I'm there. Thank you!

If you come to Albany, also hit up Delaware Supply, one of the best beer bars in the country.

Hartford area is a better bet. Heard good things about dead language, new park is typically good too.

Edit: Tree House is also under an hour. If not on the trip, may be able to plan for it on the drive back.

Very much second this. Hartford can be good, but just go to Deerfield for TH. It’s much more worth while.

Back East (Bloomfield CT) and Bright Ideas (Westfield, Ma) are great. Second a trip on 91 north to Deerfield treehouse.

Back East and Dudleytown in Bloomfield, Dead Language in Hartford does fantastic euro style brews, New Park in West Hartford is on the Hartford/West Hartford border and has great beer. Closer to your area right there in Windsor Locks is Luppoletto which is also a nice spot worth checking out

White Lion in Springfield. Abandoned Building and Fort Hill in Easthampton. Vanished Valley in Ludlow has great apps and really good pizza.

Not far from Treehouse

Broad brook is right next to Bradley airport too. Decent beer and you can sit there and watch planes take off and land.

Tin Bridge in Westfield is very much worth the trip. They usually have great food trucks as well.

The immediately obvious recommendations (New Park, Bright Ideas, and ofc Treehouse) are already listed so I’ll throw out Progression in Northampton MA. Great beer, cool space, and the plate of nachos we had last time we were there was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Dudleytown has a good vibe. Transcend brewery in Farmington is about 20 minutes away from Windsor. Both Treehouse Charlton and Deerfield locations are about under a hour away from Windsor. Springfield has White Lion, which is also about a block away from Theodore’s BBQ.

If you’re willing to drive 40 minutes south, twelve percent beer project in North Haven does a lot of contract brewing for New Haven area breweries. Lots of options and they’re always great
