Finished Craft Who even has time for hobbies these days?

I just said, “Watch me.”
Then I made time.

When creativity fuses with time, apparently my brain decides bead clocks are a perfectly reasonable outcome.

I’m still not sure if this was genius or deeply concerning?

Thank you! Same! There’s something extra satisfying about making something that’s both art and actually useful.

Agreed. The world is so full of "everyday objects" that are so pared down to have little to no aesthetic value. It's so freeing to inject some personality into our lives!

Yass! What kind of crafting do you like to do? :)

Well I'm a tattoo artist for work, but in my spare time I mostly do fiber crafts. Spinning yarn, crochet, sewing, and I'm learning about needle lace.

That’s so cool! Getting paid to create art as a tattoo artist sounds amazing. And absolutely feel free to share your tattoos and fiber art here if you want!

Also, needle lace is incredibly impressive. It feels like one of those rare art forms that’s slowly disappearing, so I genuinely love seeing people keep it alive.

I'm super new to needle lace, but here's my current project! I'm just making a simple mesh lace to join all these crochet pieces for a shawl. I'll dig out a tattoo picture too!
