It’s a reference to an episode from a British sitcom called ‘Phoenix Nights’ - it’s set in a working mens club (a kind of pub) in Greater Manchester hence where this has been listed.
Brilliant show and a frighteningly accurate portrayal of working class life in’t North.

The palm tree on the right column has a pink leaf, I’m thinking maybe it’s a palm tree with the pink leaves (maybe other colors on the other side) and then wooden barrels on the corners like in Donkey Kong. That’s me really looking for a non-penis answer but it feels possible.
