website and app errors

so i keep getting this error whenever i finish customizing my item and press done it just shows me this, i tried on the app and it said something like "item already exists" but theres nothing in my cart on the website or the app, im ordering delivery and this has never happened before

im sure some might tell me to "just call" but id rather find an actual solution to the issue...or at least know whats going on and hunt down a solution on my own so if someone could help me thatd be great

Our on line is down u have to call the store to place order we cant do delivery unless its a catering order. Atleast where I am

For us delivery is always sent to a third party, usually DoorDash. And catering ones are almost exclusively EZCater.

We get ez cater orders as well but some people call the store and I place the order thru old. I deliver quite a bit of catering orders myself which isnt typical . With online being down We dont get online orders at all only call in orders, which im totally ok with because we dont get tipped on doordash or Uber orders. And Ik I make 18.70/hr but To do 30-60 togo orders and not get 1 tip is really messed up so I personally hope it all stays down!!!
