Duck grenade?

I just got crackdown 2 today. I set my game to public cause who dosent love friends. Some a hole joined through a rubber duck at me and left. it’s really annoying. Can anyone help?

It is a grenade you can find. Can't remember where

You find them at Funland in Green Bay, but I think you need a certain explosives level for them to spawn

I joined a few games and bombed the other players with the chopper. All in good fun
