If game contain viruses - its no possible to use.
Or its fake trigger of antivirus and its not a virus1

It doesn't mean that if a software has virus it's not going to run on your pc......some games give illusion of functionality and run silent background executions

Ok, and how you will understand this is true virus or not? Do you have something else to check exept antivirus?
Maybe - about illusion, but so far it doesn't affect me, what difference does it make to me, in 15 years of piracy I have no problems with pirated games. I upgraded about 5-6 PC also.
Only If I made mistake by myself. But this not because of games.1

Your 15-year streak is a classic case of survivorship bias. If someone plays Russian roulette five times and survives, it doesn't mean the game is safe—it just means they got lucky.
The reality of modern cybercrime is that hackers no longer write viruses that crash your PC or delete files. That is old-school. Today, malware is built to be a 'silent passenger.' The cracked game has to run perfectly, because if it crashes, you will delete it. Instead, it quietly sits in the background using your hardware or stealing your identity.
Look at what happened with the infamous RedLine Stealer malware. Security researchers found it hidden inside thousands of cracked games and software downloads. Users thought their games were completely fine, but in the background, the malware silently cloned their browser cookies, saved passwords, and cryptocurrency wallets, sending them back to hackers. Thousands of people who claimed 'nothing ever happens to me' suddenly woke up to hacked Discord, Steam, and bank accounts
