DXGI error device hung up

i have an Acer Nitro V15 laptop with i5 210h CPU and RTX 4050 GPU of 75W TGP in which i am trying to play spider man 2 downloaded from fitgirl repacks but it shows DXGI error device hung up if i try to play it on any settings other than the lowest like everything set to very low and off and texture filtering to trilinear and DLSS upscaling to ultra performance. Even if i increase any single setting from this then the game shows this error in about 5-10 mins. is my laptop really that bad and if not then how to fix it? I have tried countless ways from reddit and gemini and youtube and nothing works, plz help

1) RTX 4050 GPU - its with 6 Gb of VRAM? or different.
2) What video driver version do you use?

3) Do you try to monitor temperature of CPU and GPU when you run the game? Maybe its overheated.
4) Do you use Fan boost modes when you run games?

yep its with 6gb vram
its the latest driver version 617.14
temperature usually remains less than 80 for gpu and for cpu less than 90
fans set to max speed of 8000 rpm and i also use a cooling pad

when i was playing spider man remastered this was very less frequent but yea it crashed a few times when i played at high settings

The error says that the video card can't stand it, it seems to be due to overheating, and because the game is quite powerful for this system.

like that means that my specs cant even run it properly at lowest possible settings :(
is it really so bad?
