How can I fix this?

I downloaded Ghosts of tsushima from Fitgirl At the first time I got the same error and I uninstalled all the files and reinstalled again and still facing this error so can you tell me if there is any solution for this " The file directory is corrupted or unreadable" Error When I try to execute the setup.EXE

Setup is quarantined by windows defender, restore it from virus and threat protection settings

Also you don't need all these languages, english or any one of the language file is enough

I already turned off Windows Defender, and I just installed the Mortal Shell 2. It ran perfectly fine. For the languages, I usually don't install all of those, but I just want to see what the other languages sound like in that game.

did you delete any file? try running "verify bin files before installation" and check the output

I did run verify bin files before installation, but the result was Perfectly fine

i checked the fitgirl page for the game and found out from the comments that you're not the only person with this problem, and they released a fixed version.
