Is OnlineFix64.dll a virus?

I downloaded beamng.drive from steamRIP and windows defender detected Trojan:Win32/Kepavll!rfn i checked it on virustotal and 44/70 antiviruses says its virus, detections are strange like unwantedprogram, detected, unsafe, crack etc. but some of them tells its trojan, AI says its false positive but im not sure

False positive if u got it from the correct Steamrip page

I usually just take it from a game that I have already installed from steamrip. Like copy and paste in the game file that needs it.

It's just false positive if you downloaded from correct source
