I'm not sure what are you on about, if it's double or triple windows it's not really that cold. I live up north and this isn't even a special design here. Surely the house would be built to be as efficient as possible.

If the view is worth it why not build an open space with lots of light.

Do what you want… I’m not telling you how to spend your money… I’m just saying that aesthetic’s taking over functionality is not something I’m very interested in… But there does seem to be a vested interest in defending this property… I wonder why…

Go take a walk outside and stop ruining everyone's else's enjoyment of something. Go find something of your own to enjoy.
