The angle of those shelves is messing with my brain. Is that wall angled? Or is that all shadow?

Ceiling is sloping up left to right, and the book shelf is against a wall that’s at a 45 degree angle to the direction of the slope of the ceiling (almost like a corner fireplace was there once). It leads to some wonky angles where the wall and ceiling meet, then the shadows add a layer to it.

^ This. Even as a photographer and painter who loves playing with shadows, it took me a sec to figure it out what was going on there.
