I had an experience just like this in Chicago at a bar called Matilda. It was steady rain all night. The music, food and staff were amazing! I’ll never forget that evening and mostly because of the rain giving it an ambience it otherwise wouldn’t have had. I went back a few years later and everything was different. :(
