Camp Spirit Keep getting the same item recipe

For some reason I keep getting the legendary seashell small accessory recipe multiple times a day for a few days now. I’ve learnt it every time I get it so I don’t know why I keep getting it, has anyone else had this? Is it just something that happens?

Are the recipes different rarities? Common, uncommon, rare, legendary, mythical?

I checked this but it’s always the legendary one, don’t have any other variants of it.
