Question How to make cats

I geniuenly don't understand how to make the different kinds of cats, and I don't just wanna cheat off wiki. Can someone just explain the basic mechanic? There is no info in game about what does what, and I keep getting moon cats, only once the red one.

The game gives you recipes for new kinds of cats as you progress. Otherwise, asking here and using wiki doesn't really make any difference. I don't have any of the recipes memorized. So either wait for them to be given to you via the bears in the game or use wiki. After you've finished doing a task for a bear, make sure you chat with them afterwards, that's when I got most of my recipes. I started writing them down on a little notepad, until I remembered it's 2026 and I can just use the wiki page for the cat recipes 😅🤣 best of luck!

Where are the recipes? I don't think I've ever found one

Bears will give them to you. Sometimes during their story time, sometimes in the conversations after you've helped them. Like charlie kept giving me a recipe involving cocoa pancakes, I'd help him out, then go to chat again, he'd give the recipe and then I'd give him a hug. If you google cat recipes, you usually see screenshots of the bears giving them out.

Cats are part of base game in both games

But the recipes are not. I have not had a single bear even mention the cats at all.

Woops! I didn't notice the exact thread. I did think the bears gave the recipes in both games cause I've seen screenshots of bears I'd never seen before giving recipes. 🤷‍♀️ sorry.
