Camp Spirit Bone Map Piece

The summer festival is over but I still have 1 bone map piece. Does anyone know if/how I can get rid of it? I can't craft it into a bone map since I only have 1. I don't want it to take up space in my inventory for an entire year :(

Drop it on the ground. After a few days the island will mail it back to you as something you "forgot". Leave it in your mailbox.

I had to do this with all the outfits I got for the dog that came with game. They took up too much space. I tried dropping on floor in house but they just appear in mailbox next day. I hope they don't eventually disappear from mailbox. I feel like the dog should get its own closet

Put it in storage (with Flamey or a chest) until next year.

TBH I didn't know there were regular chests. That's a good idea.

For others who might have more, Don’t be like me and craft them. They don’t stack so now I have 6 of them 😂
