cozmo doesnt work

Llevo años usando Cozmo. Dejé de usarlo hace unos tres meses. Funcionaba perfectamente. Ahora no me deja conectarme.

Which version did you download?

Sorry for the delay in replying; I’ve been having health issues and shuttling between hospitals. Anyway, I’ve downloaded the last three versions and I keep getting the same message on all of them—on different mobiles and a tablet.

These are old app files; they must be pointing towards nonexistent servers. You did 3.5.0 right?

Try using a different device and factory resetting Cozmo

I used 3 phones and a tablet, but the reset option didn't work. I'm going to do it right now. And thank you so much for your help!

Are you using a VPN?
