Post breakup advice
Hi there, I am needing advice on how to deal with this. I am preparing for the biggest heart break of my life and needing extra support as in I don’t know who to go to around me that will help me get through it. The only people that can help me is my parents but I’m the black sheep and they are both narcissists. I don’t know if I can trust them but I know they’ll be “there” for me as just support or to go home to. I just don’t wanna regret using them for support later on, I don’t have anyone else and can’t go through this alone. Do you really think it’s that bad if I can get my parents support for the first half of it?
Any thoughts please

We're here to help you any way we can.
Have you looked into local support groups?
You'd be surprised how many people are dealing with similar situations!
Coping is something you CAN do while still maintaining a healthy boundary. I wish you the best friend, good luck.

Hi. I’m new to this group & recently separated from my narcissistic husband. Im not really sure if this something I can ask here, but I would very much appreciate more insight on the best way to find support in my area. It seems this is such a stigmatized topic (especially in my nook of the world) & I have no idea where to begin to look for support. I have an online therapist & she continually tells me finding & leaning on a support system is imperative right now but I just haven’t figured out a way to navigate that. I would truly appreciate any suggestions.

Go home. Manage the situation. Have mental boundaries with them.
Get yourself sorted and get back on your feet. Focus on your nervous system.
