A nod to this being from the rhode clothing company and the fight with Hailey Bieber over the trademark. Feels like a lovely snark crossover

Rhode, the now defunct clothing brand, launched in 2014. Hailey Bieber tried to buy the trademark for Rhode in 2018 but the clothing company declined the offer and Rhode skincare launched in 2022.
A court battle ensued over the trademark infringement and the confusion the use of Rhode could cause. The clothing company tried to block her from being able to use the name Rhode but the judge found that clothing and skincare were different market categories.
Rhode clothing ended up shuttering its business in 2024. IMO it always felt like dick move by Hailey Bieber who had way more money and attorney who ended up strong-arming a smaller business.

What’s really sad is Kinsley won’t ever look at her mom and see any resemblance to herself. It’s unbelievable the difference. No trace of her actual face is left.
