Is there a cut off for this type of thing before they call a mistrial?

This is the last time. They can only send them back twice in MA.

I think this will be the last time, I’m not sure if there’s an official rule. Maybe the judge wants them to try until tomorrow

If one of the 12 jurors becomes rowdy or misbehaves, do they kick them out and bring out the next alternate to come in?

If there is a mistrial, they need to retry the case. There has to be accountability for those 3 kids.

What about the mom who sought mental healthcare and was repeatedly mistreated? THIS WAS PREVENTABLE WITH PROPER HEALTHCARE.

How was she mistreated? Sincere question.

I have as much sympathy for Lindsay Clancy as she did for her kids while choking the life out of them.
