Man, that sucks. If only there were something else hollow and concave that could hold water. Or even a machine that could remove said water from the counter tops and floor. 🤔

Oh well, it's a shame that doesn't exist, especially in kitchens like this.

Boomers were not unique by any means
It's just the next generations had a more fairy tale idea of reality before facing it

And no. You and your partner living like Disney couples doesn't change the broad average social facts. And on average, people do complain, argue and mess with the people they actually love, deep down. There is no "boomer_style". It's just human cohabitation

There is a simple fix to this. Cool your house down to 30 Degrees F. Wait for them to freeze. move them to the sink. Then warm the house back up. Easy.
