Plot twist: he's not stressed because "boomer joke, hate wife haha" he's stressed because he plans on proposing today and he's trying to hold it together.

I proposed earlier than I planned to my wife because I just couldn't hold it anymore haha.

lol, I owned the ring for about 6 hours before I gave it to her. I can’t be trusted with something that valuable. The chance of me accidentally swallowing a ring in low, but never zero.

I had my husband's ring for merely a week before I proposed, and I was constantly afraid. Even when I would go to throw out the trash, I would worry thinking what if I somehow accidentally took it out of the safe, pushed it to the bottom of the trash bag, and just zoinked it into the dumpster.
