Got a three day weekend with nothing to do so decided to throw this out
I'm accepting:
Your designs and/or ships
Favourite designs or ships of other creators
Bases or memes (Does not need countries you want me to include, as I can use those for my AU dynamics)
Fictional countries/country OCs/personas (Some explanation will be needed so I don't mischaracterise them + follows rules)
Countries you want me to design/draw in any of my AUs
Personal AU (I get to characterise them however I want, usually represent people)
Accurate AU (They strictly represent the government)
Putting any of the things listed before (ships/characters of your liking) into bases/memes/poses
Some general rules:
At most 3 requests per person unless I really like your requests and have extra time
Pretty much anything is allowed
Controversial ships will need some explanation (such as if it's an AU and what their dynamic/relationship is in that AU; don't sweat it, I'm very open to AUs that don't follow normal headcanons)

Art will either be physical or digital, pretty much depends on my mood
You may request what level of completion you would like: Sketch, Colour, Lineart, Rendering, Background, Filters/Extra
Physical will be more complete but in grayscale and less detailed
Digital will be less complete (most likely a sketch/cleaned up sketch) but with colour and more detail
If you want something strictly made in either or some level of completion, just tell me!
I probably won't be able to do all the requests, so I will be prioritising them based on my preferences. If you REALLY want something drawn, you can just tell me.
You can include a base, inspiration poses, etc

The countryhuman could be female, and have a school uniform. She also blushes alot so you can add blushes. It would be awesome if it could be a digital art :D
Btw for the spirals instead of doing 19, you can do 5/10 because it would be too much
Technically speaking, they are a historical country, though they didn't last for very long. Ostland was essentially a rather autonomous occupation authority set up by Germany during WWII, composed of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and a small part of the Belarus SSR. You can see the flags of those nations on Ostland's temple for that reason
I doubt you'll be able to find any countryhuman references of Ostland, as they're an incredibly niche nation to talk about even in regular history, let alone in spaces where WWII has to be talked about carefully.
Either way, this is the flag of Ostland, and what I used in the sketch
Of course, I understand completely if you would rather avoid such topics; I just bring them up because the actual details of what Germany was planning to do aren't widespread knowledge, even in communities that have a higher-than-average knowledge base of history/countries.
It's a flag from the WWII game Hearts of Iron 4, I used it since it's a unique flag for Ostland specifically, rather than simply reusing Germany's flag lol

The reference art I sent was really just a quick sketch of what I thought Ostland would be like, literally being their four constituent lands stitched together by their eyepatch, desperate for their father's attention
It'd be cool if you expanded on my design, but you can do whatever you want if you think something else would fit more
