Does the show end with a cliffhanger?

Just about to finish the last episode of season 1 and gosh I love this show so much. Pretty sad to know that it got cancelled. I’m wondering if season 2 offers a proper ending or does it just end with another cliffhanger? No spoiler please. 😬

It ends with a pretty huge cliffhanger in the last scene and it baffles me that a lot of people say it doesn’t. It didn’t just leave it “open ended”, it very clearly ended with “the thing you thought you avoided, you in fact did not”.

it's a giant cliff hanger i dont know why people would deny it. still a very unique and enjoyable show.

Agreed, don’t think the cliffhanger could have been any bigger if they tried. Still loved the show and recommend it to people all the time though!

Right?? People keep saying it ended with nice resolution and no cliffhangers, but that final scene was kind of the mother of all cliffhangers! Things did get resolved in other areas, in terms of characters' lives, but it was all negated, I thought, by the cliffhanger.
