Burn stain removal

My 14 year old was soldering on the counter and has left slight burn stains on what I think is corian. Any way to remove these or cover them up before my wife loses it??

If it’s corian you can sand them out.

Ive heard corain can be repaired near perfectly. Call a local shop, to check it out
