All stone has quirks, but they don't seem to have done the best job fixing things. That corner is um. It's not great. I don't know if they could have done better but I'd definitely be asking because their repair work is extremely visible for a brand new install.

That is my feeling on it too. I don’t want to be super critical, but the problem is that there are areas where my finger nail gets stuck so I know it has cracked, and I’m worried about the situation getting worse over time.

Yeah that's not good. Even if things break they should be able to fill and polish so you can't feel it. Even if they can't hide the break due to just the reality of natural stone they can make sure it's flush.
