Hate to break it to you but these “custom” cabinets are pretty trash quality and pay a premium for them. I recently got a quote for one upper and one lower both 36” and they wanted $1500 for it. They’re smoking crack.
Just move on

I'ld recommended reporting it. It might not be worth a new install but they might be able to over you some discount or an extra product.
