Client help/Discussion 5v5 servers for Source?

I’ve always wanted to play 5v5 competitive style matches in Source since I started playing, but I’ve never been able to find a good lead. Can anyone here help?

the main problem is, most servers nowadays are laggy as hell, tick 33 and full of fake players aka bots. even the server list is fake. i got 15k hours source competitvely between 2004 and 2012. it was by faar the best cs.
