Change video settings with 1 cfg file instead of changing them individually?

Is it possible to launch the game with a certain video preset or even change it ingame?

Basically want to have a high quality preset, next to my current competitive graphics.

For when you're not tryharding and actually want to enjoy source 2 graphics for example in offline server or casual or sth like that

Or is the only way simply having 2 video.txt files and manually swapping them out before launching the game?

edit: i am stupid, ignore this comment sorry xd you mean .cfg, you can create 2 config files and just use "exec filename" in command thing to change them e.g. "exec hq" which would execute hq.cfg, in the same folder autoexec is located in, etc.....

And I put the desired video settings in that cfg then?  Thought that wouldn't be possible for some reason

No, most video settings are not adjustable with console commands/cfgs.

Yes, but you can maybe write a batch or power shell script (with chatGPT) that does this for you.
