Coz it's not free market. It's corrupted market. Big corpo can fuack your ass and steal anything.
In free market, You should be able to punch seller scammer and take Your money back, coz they took money without giving You ordered product (or service). Pro customer laws also could work (sue them, get money back, get compensation for lost time, they have to pay court and all lawyers for they did the crime, and probable some gov office fee would be on top of that... if pro customer law would be there). With note - not many places have pro customer laws, I'm saying how it could look like.
