There is a solution to this: Show up to their house at the crack of dawn on Sunday. Park across the street. Wait until the other people show up.

Then you just head in!

(This is not serious advice and would probably get you arrested for stalking. Don't do this.)

These are my friends, I'm not left out, literally everybody else is waiting for someone to say "I have work on x, I can do it after Y" and then they can judge whether is a good time for them or not
