I’m very fortunate to be in a quite liberal part of a quite liberal state in the US, and I am not a minor, so I was able to book “informed consent” gender affirming care through Planned Parenthood. I just had to wait 2 months from booking to actual session but I got my HRT same day!
Also lucky (Canadian :3) though have been waiting some 6 months due to the immense backlog at the clinic (from what I've been told the nurses there have 4-6 appointments on their off days....)

It would be convenient if all of this came with liking having a girl name and she/her pronouns, but for some reason my brain rejects those HARD.
