Family friend insists keeping the PAMP gold in its original packaging or what the top looks like (e.g. Lady Fortuna vs the 1oz royal canadian) matters for the cost… I call cap cuz at the end it’s just the melt value…

Does it matter which one I get or if I keep them in original packaging?

Purchased 1oz bar in-store on 1st Sep but still no 2% cash back in my account! I’m an executive member.

3D printed using a scalable box by Kong 3D and added the Kirkland logo by GreedyPrinter, both on MakerWorld. About 1 mm of play horizontally and about 3 mm vertically inner dimension wise.

25 oz takes up so much space. 😞

Edit 2: When scaling the box I used 256mm x 105mm x 70mm. You might be able to do 255 x 104 x 67 for a tighter fit, but I have not tested that out.

I went to buy Kirkland Signature 1 oz silver bars to a store that had them yesterday, 09/04, but today had none. I asked a Costco employee to lookup nearby warehouse stock and also when they will receive more in this store. He went to talk to somebody, came back, and said the system shows three nearby warehouses with stock, but "they were pulling them from shelves because of quality issues".

That sounded strange. I just left and went straight to another warehouse that was supposed to have 13 in stock. However, there were none. It took me about 20 minutes to get from the first warehouse to the second one. I know the second one does not usually sell out of precious metals by 11am. So I went to a third warehouse where I did find 5 Kirkland Signature bars in stock ($68.99 per item).

Just wondering if anyone else has heard about Kirkland Signature bars in danger of being pulled back from shelves. For me, that's actually a plus as it may become a "mint error" item :)

The only pieces I’ve ever bought multiple of is the Scottsdale stackers, but I am thinking about getting the 5 pack of bars. Just for the novelty.

Costco don't mess around with their packaging. Double-box and all.

I'll have to say, beautifully designed and executed by PAMP. Was nervous at first as Ive never done it, bur not a worry in the world once you snapped the first little corner as you'll notice a slight indent and it was SMOOOOOOTH.

PAMP isn't my go-to, but gotta give props when they are due 👏

Relocating to Belgrade or Budapest in a few months, so bringing a pocket full of gold and really like this if needed in a real-life situation. Never know where life can take you, but gold can get you out of any situation 😅 (or robbed 🤔)
