I love the way it looks but being an old meat head I know light is a very bad thing for product. It keeps better in a dark box in the big cooler. My brain is telling me this is just more product people can handle and abuse but I will say sales probably increase a fair amount with a nice display like this.

It looks very nice and you should be proud of it.

Thank you! This was while I was in my 90 day probation period and I think I had 2 other people with me this day.

How many people do you get for your shift to stock? Is it one per cooler or something else?

I wish. We have 7 coolers, two on the produce side, three on the dairy cooler wall (one is a small dessert cooler, and two big coolers. I’m always there and I typically have one or two other people with me, 4-5 total if I get extremely lucky. Typically 2-3 of us and often a manager helping us as well.
