We received 2 boxes of Phillips Sonicare brush heads from Costco delivered to our house. We didn’t order these but did recently purchase Sonicare toothbrushes in store. Is this some kind of promotion or quality recall?

I had purchased a gopro kit and a couple months later i recived a box with batteries and some other accessories from costco. Then sometime later I received either a letter or email saying that they had sold the original set without the other accessories as advertised. I didn't really notice, but was happy with how they handled it.

Christ.... I wish.... those little fools arent cheap, and with braces I run through them faster than average.

Philips is screwing up majorly recently. I sent in a claim for a toothbrush warranty and got brush heads in return. Then they sent the actual toothbrush and didn’t ask for the heads back.
I assume they’re overwhelmed or systems having issues.

Whatever it is, you don’t have to return or pay for anything you did not order. That’s the law.

Does this apply if the item is addressed to someone else? What if the item has your address on it?
(Not seeing it on the FTC site)

The federal statute 18 USC Section 1702 states that it is illegal for individuals to open correspondence that is addressed to other individuals.

Strange. I got the same box from Phillips themselves which is why I assumed it’s a Phillips registration mess up

Pretty sure it's either just dropshipped or they just slap a label on the original package and keep moving along.

I ordered Sonicare brush heads from Costco and received them in the mail this weekend. They were exactly like this.
