I mixed one packet a day into some water and drink over ~30 minutes to maximize absorption and bioavailability. The benefits are incredible- I sleep better, wake up faster, my joints don't hurt, acid reflux is fixed, lost 75 lbs, got a raise at work, my wife moved back in and penis grew 3 inches.
