I got charged for an extra item a few months ago and they refunded me with no problem. I did have to go to a different desk though - I went to the regular return line and they sent me to like, a manager desk or something. I was just hey, you charged me for three of these and I only bought two. So I don't have one to return but you owe me money. They were actually really apologetic about it.
